This basement café is a little bit difficult to find, but it’s one of the oldest eaters, in the basement of an old residential building in Tsim Sha Tsui. The vintage Coca Cola posters and fading journal articles decorating the walls and wooden tables and chairs carry the Star Cafe a nostalgic feel. The locals flock here for the fantastic recipe of adding egg and luncheon meat to make the tomato soup noodles. The place is comfortable at the heel, but all of this is charming.
